Final pricing may vary depending on:

A final quotation and project confirmation will be provided after reviewing your request.

Project Review Time

The maximum time required for project evaluation, pricing confirmation, and approval is up to 48 hours from the time of submission.

Advance Payment Policy

After the project scope and final pricing are approved, an advance payment is required before work begins.

The project will officially start only after the advance payment has been received and confirmed.

Refund Policy

After project approval and official project start confirmation:

  • The advance payment may be partially refunded within a maximum of 24 hours from the project start notification.
  • In such cases, 30% of the advance payment will be deducted as administrative, planning, and resource allocation costs.

After 24 hours from the official project start notification, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

Final Payment & Delivery

The full remaining balance of the agreed project amount must be paid before final delivery.

Delivery of the final files, website, dashboards, reports, or other project assets is strictly subject to full payment completion.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Any requests outside the initially approved project scope may require additional time and cost adjustments.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Required content
  • Images and media
  • Login credentials (if necessary)
  • Project-related materials
  • Timely feedback and approvals

Project delays caused by missing client materials or delayed responses are not the responsibility of Weblyzor.

Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or software licenses.

Associated third-party costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any project request if the project is determined to be outside our service scope, technically unfeasible, or in conflict with our business policies.

Weblyzor reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
